General conditions of sale

1. Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding the cost of handling and shipping. Winkyz reserves the right to change prices at any time. All orders whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.

The products remain the property of Winkyz until full payment is received by Winkyz.

2. Order

Winkyz uses PayPal to secure your payment details for every transaction. With PayPal you can either use your existing PayPal account or pay without being a paypal member.

Winkyz does not have access and do not retain information relating to bank cards Users.

Winkyz cannot be held responsible by the Customer of the consequences of bad using  of PayPal website  or by the inaccessibility of the site if the event were to occur.

Every delivery will be accompanied by an receipt.

3. Delivery

The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process.

Winkyz reserves the right to split deliveries.

Deadlines if indicated are average times and correspond to the processing time and delivery. Times vary by destination and do not include holidays or weekends. In the event of unusual delay, an email will be sent to you.

4. Returns and exchanges

You have a period of 10 days of receipt of our products to return the product or products that do not suit you. The shipping and return will be at your expense.

This right to return will only be accepted for products in their original packaging, which are complete (accessories, instructions etc.), in good condition and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Items returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted.

The risks associated with the return of the item (loss or damage) are your responsibility.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All texts, comments, illustrations and images reproduced on the www.winkyz.com site are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the world over. For this reason and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, the only authorized use for private purposes subject to different rules even more restrictive code of intellectual property.

Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under the Intellectual Property without prior approval of Winkyz. Reproduction in whole or in part www.winkyz.com site is strictly prohibited.

7. Applicable law - disputes

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In case of dispute the French courts will have jurisdiction.

These general conditions of sale may be modified by Winkyz at any time without notice.
